Every eligible reveal is processed by the same server-side rules using the card’s live reveals and reward stock. The normal reveal process does not rank members by name, shopping history, previous outcomes or popularity. The recorded outcome is tied to a unique Reward ID so it can be traced afterwards.

After the required checks and locks succeed, the server makes a random selection against the live reveals remaining and rewards remaining. A reward is due when the random selection falls within the current reward stock. This is why the displayed live chance can change as the card is played.

The normal live reveal process has no winner-name control. It processes the logged-in member making the request under the same card rules as every other eligible member. Big Fish status, shopping history and previous results do not secretly improve the random selection, although a card may openly require a stated membership level for access.

No. The five-second video and result artwork are presentation only. The server result is selected and protected independently of the animation, so changing the video, artwork or loading speed cannot turn a win into a loss or a loss into a win.

If the reveal is due a reward, the server selects one from the reward tiers that still have stock. Each remaining unit has equal weight, so a tier with ten units left is ten times as likely to be selected as a tier with one unit left. The selected unit is reserved before the result is completed.

Every completed reveal receives a unique reference such as DRTV-RWD-000123. The ledger record links the member, campaign, time, points used, result and an exact snapshot of the reward title, type, points amount and image recorded at that moment.

The Reward ID is shown on the result screen and retained in My Rewards. Winning confirmations also carry the reference, allowing the result shown to the member to be matched back to the recorded ledger entry.

Normal campaign edits do not rewrite a completed historical result. The exact reward snapshot remains attached to its Reward ID even if the card title, artwork, wording or future availability changes afterwards.

The system uses request, account and campaign locks to serialise live actions. Reward stock is reserved and verified before completion, preventing two simultaneous requests from being awarded the same final unit.

A reveal is not treated as complete unless the required points movement, reveal counter, reward reservation and ledger record all succeed. If a required step fails, the system reverses the incomplete action, releases reserved stock and returns the entry points or free play instead of displaying an unrecorded result.

Cards award the reward published on that card, such as DRTV Reward Points or an advertised physical item. Reward quantities, availability, access and point cost are displayed on the card and in its prize breakdown.

No. Reward Points are a non-cash loyalty benefit. They are not sold separately, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be sold back to Darts Reviews TV for cash. DRTV Instant Wins do not pay withdrawable cash, and cash is not substituted for Reward Points.
