The Harrows Imperial case is one of those products that instantly feels serious the moment you see it.
In the hand, I think this comes across as a really well thought-out travel case for the more serious player. Max liked the large size straight away, but he also picked up on the smaller details that matter in day-to-day use — the strong feel of the outer shell, the quality stitching on the webbing, the soft-touch Velcro handle wrap, and the double-zip opening that lets you get into the case from the middle rather than having to go all the way around. Harrows says the case is made from rigid EVA material for protection and durability, and that feels completely in line with what Max found when handling it.
Inside is where the Imperial really earns its name. In the review, Max showed the EVA foam dart section on one side, with those V-shaped slots that help hold flights apart and stop them being crushed. He dropped a set of darts in and said they sat nice and tight, didn’t move around, and that even integrated-style flights like Fusion flights would sit properly without getting squashed. That is a really useful point, because lots of players now want one case that works with both standard and integrated setups. He then moved across to the storage side, where there are multiple webbed pockets, elasticated storage rows for flights and stems, and another zipped section for accessories. Harrows’ own description confirms the overall storage capacity, including the 36 elasticated compartments, 4 accessory nets, and 1 large zipped compartment.
What really stood out to me in the review is that this case solves a proper player problem. Max said it himself: if you swap between darts, keep different weights with you, or just do not want to carry several separate cases, this gives you one place for everything. He also said it was the sort of case he would take away to county matches so he was not constantly switching gear between bags and cases. That feels like exactly who this is aimed at — not someone wanting the smallest possible wallet, but someone who wants their whole match setup sorted in one go.
Overall, I think the Harrows Imperial is a proper high-capacity darts case that knows exactly what it is there to do. It is big, secure, well organised, and clearly built for players who carry more than just one set and a few spare stems. If you want one case that can handle your darts, your spare setups, your flights, your stems and the rest of your bits in one place, this looks like a very strong option. At £36.95 it is still a great price.
